We're building more than an indoor soccer facility — we're building a destination for the Richmond soccer community. A place where different cultures, teams, and generations come together through the love of the game.

Our goal is simple: bring world soccer culture to Richmond and create an unforgettable experience every time someone walks through our doors.

Where is UPlay located?

We're at 7501 Ranco Rd, Richmond, VA 23228 — free on-site parking, easy in and out off the highway.

What are your hours?

We're open every day from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). The last 1-hour slot starts at 11:00 PM. Check the time picker on /book for what's actually open on the day you want.

How do I book a field?

Tap “Book the Field” on the home page, pick a date and time slot, and pay. You'll get a confirmation email and a link to add it to your calendar in under 30 seconds.

How much does it cost?

UPlay is flat-rate $125 per hour, regardless of weekday, weekend, or time of day. Multi-week bookings and pickup games split among players still bill at the same hourly rate.

What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel 48+ hours before kickoff and you get a 100% refund as UPlay credit. Cancel inside the 48-hour window and you get 50% credit. Credits never expire and apply to future bookings automatically.

What happens if it rains?

We're indoors, so rain doesn't stop play. For severe weather (lightning, power loss), hosts can cancel up until 1 hour before start for full credit. We'll proactively reach out if the field gets flagged as unplayable.

What's included with my booking?

Field access for your booked hours, free on-site parking, two restrooms, and water fountains. Bring your own balls, pinnies, and cleats.

How many players per field?

Our regulation pitch comfortably hosts 11v11. For smaller-sided play we recommend 7v7 or 5v5. Pickup games default to a 10-player cap; hosts can adjust up to 22.

What are pickup games?

Anyone booking the field can flag it as “Open to Join” at checkout. Other UPlay members can browse the pickup feed and request to join. Cost is split evenly across confirmed players. Great for solo travelers and new movers.

Can I host a recurring weekly booking?

Yes. At the time picker, toggle “Repeat weekly” and pick a number of weeks (2 to 12). UPlay creates the whole series in one transaction, skipping any conflicting slots and showing you exactly which dates were booked.

How do credits and the credit balance work?

Credits accumulate from cancellations and referrals and apply automatically to your next booking. You can view your balance on the My Account page. Credits are non-transferable but never expire.

Is there parking?

Yes — free on-site parking at 7501 Ranco Rd, plus two restrooms inside the facility.
